It contains tested strains that are found in the urinary and vaginal tract, and which have been scientifically proven to reach the intimate area to maintain the balance of the vaginal microflora.

Recommended daily intake: 1 capsule daily during a meal, preferably at breakfast. If desired or on the recommendation of a specialist, the dose can be increased to 2 capsules per day. For best results take daily. It can also be taken for a longer period of time.

Daily intake provides (1 capsule): 2.5 billion live cultures (2.5x10 ⁹ ).

How to use: For anyone unable to swallow capsules, the contents of the capsule can be mixed with cold food or drink.

Caution: Live cultures are not recommended for people with severe health conditions, such as those who are severely immunosuppressed, have pancreatitis or melena, are in the intensive care unit, have a central venous catheter in place, infants with short bowel syndrome, or patients with open postoperative wounds, unless under medical supervision.

Storage: In a dry and cool place, away from heat sources, at a temperature below 25 °C. No need to refrigerate.
